Its the 10th July 2012 already the years flowns by and Ramadhans around the corner again Alhamdullilah. Preparations for the blessed months have begun.
Last year my husband borrowed a very detailed transalation of the Quran with examples from the Hadith. With others wanting to borrow the Quran i couldnt keep it for long unfortunetly. So we decided to go book shopping afew months ago and we have stocked up on all the books we have been meaning to get for a while.
We moved into our house about 5 months ago and i've finally manage to unpack all the boxes. I've still got bits to do like feature wallpaper in two rooms and i really wanted to paint something for the boys on their bedroom wall. I really need to get that done before Ramadhan so i can concentrate on making the most of the beautiful month.
My eldest son is three and i'd really want him to be involved in Ramadhan. Not fasting but just having some sort of understanding of the importance this month has for us muslims. I'm thinking of ideas to get him involved and enjoy it to while learning about our beautiful deen.
